If I have special requests and I booked through an external platform, should I communicate them directly to the accommodation or through that platform?
It is best to communicate special requests directly with the hotel, especially if you did not leave them in the notes when booking through an external platform.
Are toiletries (shampoo, soap) available in the rooms, or should guests bring their own?

Is a hairdryer available in the room, or should one bring their own?

Do you offer a laundry service or the possibility to wash clothes during the stay?
Yes, we offer laundry services during your stay for a fee.
Is there a designated smoking area at the accommodation?
Yes, there are designated outdoor areas for smokers, and the cigar lounge is for cigar smoking only.
Are all fees included in the accommodation price (for example local tax or cleaning fee), or are they paid additionally?
No, not all fees are included in the room rate. An additional local tax of €2 per person/day and parking fees apply, which vary depending on the season and whether you park in the garage or outside in front of the hotel.
Do you provide power outlet adapters for guests from abroad?
No, we do not provide electrical plug adapters for international guests.
Is the tap water at the accommodation drinkable, or do you recommend drinking only bottled water?
Yes, the tap water at the hotel is drinkable.
Is room cleaning done daily, or only upon request by guests?
Room cleaning is available upon guest request and can also be triggered by a system, such as a door signal.
How many stars/what classification does the hotel have?
The hotel is rated five stars.
Is the hotel part of a chain or is it independent?
The hotel is part of the international Swissôtel network, which belongs to the Accor group.

What types of payment do you accept?
The hotel accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro cards, and cash.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and check-out time is from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee.
Do you have baby cribs available?
Baby cribs are available upon request for children aged 0 - 3 years free of charge. The number of cribs allowed depends on the chosen accommodation option.
How many extra beds can be added to the rooms?
Extra beds are not available at the hotel.
What type of breakfast do you offer?
The hotel offers buffet breakfast with continental, vegetarian, vegan, and American options.
Do you have your own restaurant? What type of cuisine does it offer?
The hotel has the Snowbeer restaurant with a capacity for 150 guests under the leadership of chef Michal Brečany. There are also several bars available including a lobby bar and wine shop.
Do you accept meal vouchers?
No, meal vouchers cannot be used at the hotel.
Do you offer the option to order a packed lunch?
ENG: Yes, you can order food to go – either packed in the restaurant or via room service.
Do you have your own parking?
Yes, the hotel has its own private parking for a fee of €15 per day, either outdoors or in the garage.

Is the hotel non-smoking? Do you have designated smoking areas?
Yes, the hotel is non-smoking. For smokers, we provide designated areas outdoors and indoors for cigar smoking, a cigar lounge.
Do you have age restrictions for accommodating children?
No, all age groups are welcome. Upon request, we provide children’s equipment such as a crib or potty. Children under 12 stay for free.
Do you have a designated quiet night hour?
Yes, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Do you offer barrier-free access?
Yes, the hotel offers a double room for disabled guests with an area of 37 m², equipped with a King Size bed, an adapted bathroom, and other amenities for guest comfort.
What sports activities are available nearby?
The hotel is located in the heart of Jasná ski resort, the largest ski resort in Slovakia. Nearby are also hiking trails, a wellness center with pools and saunas.
Do you offer transfer from/to the airport or station?
From Bratislava, you can take a train to Liptovský Mikuláš, which is a 20-minute drive from the hotel. Poprad-Tatry Airport can be reached by car in under an hour.
What are the nearest ski resorts?
The hotel is located directly in Jasná ski resort, the largest ski resort in Slovakia with direct ski-slope access.
Do you offer wellness packages?
Yes, the hotel offers a two-story wellness center with panoramic views of Chopok, a family zone with pools, a sauna zone for guests aged 15 and over, and massages (coming soon).
Do you have special offers for families with children?
Yes, the hotel offers a family zone with pools, a kids' club, children's cinema, and various social games for children. Children of all ages are welcome.
What languages does the staff speak?
Staff members speak Slovak, English, and other languages as needed for guests.
Do you have fast Wi-Fi throughout the property and what is its quality?
Yes, Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
Do you have any eco-friendly certificates or programs (for example Green Key)?
